SAUSAGE BREAKFAST PIZZA
1 lb fresh sausage, cooked and drained
1 can refrigerator crescent rolls
1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
3 Tbsp. sweet red pepper, diced
3 Tbsp. green bell pepper, diced
3 Tbsp. yellow bell pepper, diced
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Pepper to taste
½ tsp. salt
6-8 eggs, slightly beaten with ½ c. milk
Separate crescent rolls into eight triangles. Place in an ungreased 12” pizza pan with points toward the center. Press crescent rolls together to form a crust and seal perforations. Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over crust. Top with potatoes and diced peppers. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Combine beaten eggs and milk, salt and pepper. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until crust is browned and eggs are set. Yield: 6-8 servings.
