PENNSYLVANIA STYLE COFFEE CAKE
Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 (3.4 oz.) box vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
⅓ c. oil
Crumbs:
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
¼ c. butter, softened
4 tsp. cinnamon
Mix together cake mix, pudding, oil eggs, water and vanilla. Pour half of the cake mix into a greased 9” x 13” pan. Alternate cake mix and crumb mixture, saving some crumb mixture for top. Bake at 350° for 25-35 minutes.
