DUTCH INN COUNTRY BRUNCH

8 slices bread

1 ¼ sliced ham

16 oz. shredded cheese (2 kinds)

3 eggs, beaten

1 ½ c. milk

¼ tsp. dry mustard

Pinch onion powder

1 ½ c. cornflakes

¼ c. butter, melted

Put 4 bread slices in bottom of square pan. Add half the ham and cheese. Repeat. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings. Pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Mix melted butter and cornflakes. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Cover loosely with foil. Let set 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 8 servings.
