BED AND BREAKFAST BRUNCH CUPS

6 Grands Flaky Layers bisquits

¼ - ½ lb. sausage or bacon,

browned and crumbled

½ c. frozen hash browns

3 eggs

1/3 eggs

1/3 c. sour cream

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. dried parsley

shredded cheese

Split each biscuit in two. Press one piece into each of the 12 muffin cups. Mix meat and potatoes; spoon even amounts into each biscuit shell. Beat eggs and stir in sour cream, salt and parsley. Pour over meat to fill cups. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until just beginning to brown. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 2-3 more minutes.
